- Pay Banding: Participate in associate reviews for pay banding
- Monitoring: Identify and monitor any issues concerning experts' standards of work
- Training Needs: Highlight areas where expert training is required
For New Experts
- Case Preparation: Review relevant supporting documents and discuss the case with the expert
- Query Resolution: Address any questions the expert may have during the assessment and report writing phases.
- Quality Control: Offer support and guidance to ensure the report meets the court's instructions and needs
