Dr Joanna Fletcher-Smith is a Catastrophic Case Manager and Clinical Academic Occupational Therapist with over two decades of experience across acute, community and research settings. Joanna specialises in neurological rehabilitation and stroke, with extensive expertise across brain injury, polytrauma, trauma and orthopaedics, upper limb rehabilitation and complex medical presentations including oncology and palliative care. She is highly experienced in managing cases from initial assessment through to end-stage rehabilitation, ensuring that interventions are clinically robust, proportionate and aligned to long-term functional outcomes.
