Reclaiming Lives for

Over 35 Years

For over 35 years, we’ve worked in partnership with people who’ve experienced life-changing injuries. With legal representatives. With insurers. We focus on the best interests of the injured party, providing support when and where it’s needed.

OVERVIEW Charities & Support How Case Management Can Support You WHAT TO EXPECT Make an Enquiry

Harrison Associates looks after all of your rehabilitation and support needs

We work with you to set realistic, achievable rehabilitation goals, shaped around your needs, your pace, and what matters most to you. Every step forward is supported, with guidance and care as you reach each milestone along the way.

Our Case Managers recommend treatments and support that are appropriate, effective, and right for you. We coordinate closely with solicitors, insurers, and other professionals so you don’t have to manage complex systems alone — always protecting your best interests and your wellbeing.

While your legal team focuses on the case itself, our role is to focus on you. We help bring structure, reassurance, and clarity during a difficult time, so you can concentrate on recovery, independence, and living the fullest life possible.

How Case Management Can Support You

Families & Injured Parties
Step 1. Tell us what has happened

We will listen to your situation, what support is currently in place and what you or your family are finding most difficult. You can contact us directly for information, or an enquiry may come through a solicitor, insurer, deputy or other professional.

Step 2. Understanding what support may help

We will consider whether Case Management could be helpful and explain what the next steps would involve. We will also identify a Case Manager whose experience and clinical background are suited to the injured person’s needs.

Step 3. Formal instruction and meeting you

Before Case Management can begin, Harrison Associates must receive formal instruction from the relevant instructing party or parties. Once this is in place, your Case Manager will arrange to meet you and your family and begin to understand your circumstances, needs and priorities.

Step 4. Agreeing priorities and a rehabilitation plan

Your Case Manager will look at areas such as rehabilitation, care, therapy, equipment, housing, education, work and wider family support. They will then make recommendations and help establish clear priorities for the next stage of rehabilitation.

Step 5. Ongoing support and coordination

Where ongoing Case Management is authorised, your Case Manager can coordinate rehabilitation, appointments, therapists, equipment and other services. They will work with you, your family, treating professionals and the instructing parties, reviewing the plan as needs and circumstances change.
