Her practice is centred on delivering coordinated, family-focused rehabilitation and care management for children requiring long-term multidisciplinary support. Shirley has extensive expertise supporting children with acquired and traumatic brain injury, hypoxic and neonatal brain injury, spinal injuries and neuromuscular disorders, alongside complex neurodevelopmental conditions. She regularly manages children with cerebral complications arising from birth trauma, epilepsy, sensory impairment, profound and multiple learning disabilities, dysphagia, scoliosis, dystonia and life-limiting conditions, ensuring rehabilitation is tailored to each child’s developmental, medical and functional needs.
