Natasha Taper is an Occupational Therapist and Expert Witness with over twenty years of clinical experience, specialising in neurological rehabilitation and complex adult presentations. Her career spans a wide range of NHS, private hospital and specialist rehabilitation settings, including leading roles within stroke units, neuro-rehabilitation services and acute medical pathways.

Natasha brings extensive expertise in the assessment and management of complex neurological conditions, including traumatic brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease. Her practice is grounded in detailed functional assessment and a comprehensive understanding of the physical, cognitive, psychological and behavioural impact of injury. She provides clear and clinically reasoned opinions on care, rehabilitation and long-term functional needs, informed by real-world experience of delivering and coordinating complex support packages.

Her senior clinical and leadership roles have included Clinical Lead positions within specialist neuro-rehabilitation services, where she has managed multidisciplinary teams, led service development and contributed to research and training. She has worked across diverse environments including hospitals, rehabilitation units, community settings and private practice, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the delivery of care across the full rehabilitation pathway.

Fully trained in the Civil Procedure Rules, Natasha provides independent expert evidence across both claimant and defendant instructions. Her reports are objective, balanced and focused on delivering clear, evidence-based opinions to assist the Court in determining matters of care, rehabilitation and long-term outcomes. She maintains her professional standards through ongoing CPD and continued clinical engagement.
