Her practice is centred on complex adult presentations, with particular expertise in neurological and progressive conditions, providing a strong foundation for the assessment of care, rehabilitation and long-term functional need. Rachel currently works within a Highly Specialist Community Huntington’s Disease team, where she leads on the assessment and management of individuals with complex and progressive neurological conditions. Her clinical experience spans multiple settings, including trauma and orthopaedics, vascular care, hospital complex care, mental health liaison and community reablement, enabling her to bring a comprehensive and integrated perspective to expert evidence. She has extensive experience working with individuals presenting with brain injury, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, functional neurological disorders and dementia, alongside complex physical injuries including amputations, burns and musculoskeletal conditions. Her practice also incorporates the management of chronic and neuropathic pain, as well as the psychological impact of injury, including anxiety and mood disorders.
