Sarah Lewis

Biography

Sarah Lewis is a Physiotherapist and Catastrophic Case Manager with over eighteen years of clinical experience across NHS, private healthcare and independent practice. Her work is centred on the rehabilitation and case management of adults with complex trauma, orthopaedic injury and post-surgical needs, providing structured and outcome-focused pathways from acute admission through to community reintegration.

Sarah has extensive experience supporting individuals following traumatic injuries, including mild head injury, complex orthopaedic trauma and spinal conditions. She specialises in post-operative rehabilitation, pain management and long-term musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring that rehabilitation programmes are clinically robust and tailored to functional recovery and independence.

Her approach is holistic and clinically driven, combining detailed physical assessment with coordination of multidisciplinary input. She works closely with consultants, therapists and care teams to design and implement effective rehabilitation strategies, while guiding clients and families through the challenges of recovery. Her experience spans inpatient, outpatient and community settings, enabling continuity of care and practical delivery of rehabilitation plans.

Sarah’s senior clinical background across orthopaedics, elderly medicine, stroke and rehabilitation services provides a strong foundation for managing complex adult presentations. Her case management practice is focused on restoring function, reducing long-term dependency and delivering clear, coordinated outcomes for clients with significant injury.
