Sian Gouldstone is an Occupational Therapist and Catastrophic Case Manager with over thirty years of clinical experience across healthcare, social care and the public sector. Her practice is centred on complex neurological rehabilitation, providing a highly established foundation for coordinating care, rehabilitation and long-term outcomes in catastrophic injury cases.

Sian has extensive expertise across brain injury, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, amputations, orthopaedics, learning disabilities and elderly care. She has worked across both acute hospital and community settings, developing and managing complex rehabilitation programmes and care packages for clients with diverse and often multi-layered needs.
