Biography Pamela Obi is a Catastrophic Case Manager and Paediatric Nurse with over fifteen years of clinical experience, specialising in complex paediatric care. Her practice is centred on coordinating high-dependency rehabilitation and care packages for children and young people with life-changing conditions. She has extensive expertise in paediatric brain injury, neurological disorders, genetic conditions and complex neurodevelopmental presentations, including cerebral palsy and sensory impairment. Pamela is highly experienced in managing children with significant physical dependency, including those requiring ventilator, tracheostomy and gastrostomy support. Her approach is holistic and family-centred, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and families to design and deliver individualised care plans that reflect both clinical needs and family dynamics. She has strong experience navigating statutory frameworks, including EHCP and SEND processes, ensuring that care, education and social support are aligned.
