You will be required to: Comply with CPR Part 35 duties and manage the expert process end-to-end (scope and conflicts, chronologies and reasoning, responding to questions, joint statements/meetings, and giving evidence at Trial when required), while maintaining confidentiality and meeting Court deadlines. Produce independent, evidence-based liability reports (breach of duty and causation), including analysis of records and relevant local/national policies, standards and clinical guidelines.
