Clinical Management Clinical Manager – Nursing & Case Management Posted by Dilara Rogers 14 August 2026 Harrison Associates is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with strong Case Management and CQC experience to join our Clinical Management team. This is a senior clinical role supporting the delivery of high-quality Case Management for individuals following catastrophic and life-changing injury. The successful candidate will provide specialist nursing input, clinical oversight and professional support across our Case Management service, while contributing to the continued development of our regulated services. The role will also support Harrison Associates as we expand our regulated activities to include Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI). There may also be a requirement to retain a small Case Management caseload in order to maintain direct clinical and operational involvement. The Role Working alongside our Registered Manager, Clinical Managers and Senior Management Team, you will: Provide specialist nursing advice and clinical oversight on complex Case Management matters. Support Case Managers working with clients following catastrophic and life-changing injury. Act as an escalation point where specialist nursing or clinical expertise is required. Support the development and implementation of clinical governance arrangements required for TDDI. Work closely with the Registered Manager in relation to CQC compliance, evidence gathering and inspection readiness. Contribute to clinical audits and wider quality assurance processes. Support the review of clinical incidents, safeguarding concerns and complex risk matters. Support the supervision, mentoring and professional development of Case Managers. Contribute to the development and review of clinical policies, procedures and competency frameworks. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, commissioners, legal professionals and other stakeholders. Contribute to clinical governance meetings and service development. Maintain a small Case Management caseload where required. Essential Experience You will have: Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Significant post-registration clinical experience. Strong and demonstrable Case Management experience, ideally within catastrophic injury, complex rehabilitation or long-term disability. Experience working within a CQC-regulated service and a good practical understanding of CQC requirements. Experience working with complex care and rehabilitation packages. Strong clinical judgement and the ability to work autonomously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desirable Experience The following would be advantageous, but are not essential: Experience within neurological rehabilitation, acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury or complex disability. Previous involvement in CQC registration, inspection preparation or regulatory submissions. Clinical governance, audit or quality assurance experience. Experience supervising, mentoring or developing other clinicians. Experience of safeguarding and clinical risk management. Experience developing clinical policies, procedures or competency frameworks. Expert Witness or medico-legal experience. Medico-legal assessment or report preparation.
