Amy Judge is a Catastrophic Case Manager and Learning Disabilities Nurse with over ten years’ clinical and leadership experience across paediatric, adult and community rehabilitation settings. She specialises in catastrophic and complex injury cases, including traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopaedic trauma, epilepsy and neurological disorders.

Amy delivers structured, goal-oriented rehabilitation programmes, working closely with solicitors and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate Immediate Needs Assessments and long-term recovery pathways. Her background across the NHS and private sectors enables her to manage complex care packages, balance risk and autonomy, and ensure compliance with safeguarding and governance standards.

As a senior clinical leader, Amy has held Band 7 and advanced practitioner roles, leading governance reviews, managing safeguarding and complaints processes, and embedding quality assurance frameworks in line with CQC and NMC standards. She is NMC registered and a member of IRCM, BABICM, CMSUK and UKABIF.

Amy Judge is a Catastrophic Case Manager and Learning Disabilities Nurse with over a decade of experience specialising in the management of children with complex and life-changing injuries. Her practice focuses on paediatric brain injury, spinal injury, neurological conditions and complex developmental presentations, including epilepsy, learning disabilities and dual diagnoses.

Amy delivers structured, child-centred rehabilitation programmes that integrate health, education and social care. She is highly experienced in coordinating multidisciplinary teams around the child, including therapists, specialist nurses, education providers and statutory services, ensuring that interventions are aligned, evidence-based and responsive to the child’s developmental stage and long-term needs.

Her background includes work within paediatric hospices, community services and specialist rehabilitation settings, giving her a strong understanding of both acute needs and long-term care planning.
