Diana David is an Occupational Therapist and Catastrophic Case Manager with over a decade of clinical experience across acute hospitals, community neurorehabilitation and adult social care. Her practice is centred on complex neurological rehabilitation and trauma, providing a strong foundation for the coordination of rehabilitation, care and long-term functional outcomes in catastrophic injury cases.

Diana has extensive experience managing individuals with complex neurological and physical conditions, including traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, functional neurological disorder, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis and neurodegenerative conditions such as motor neurone disease and advanced dementia. Her work frequently involves clients presenting with cognitive impairment, fatigue and behavioural changes, alongside co-existing mental health needs including anxiety and depression.
