She has chaired specialist Motor Neurone Disease multidisciplinary forums, bringing together healthcare professionals to assess changing needs and coordinate appropriate interventions. Her work includes reviewing complex care packages, undertaking moving and handling assessments, recommending specialist equipment and major housing adaptations, and supporting safe transitions from double-handed to single-handed care where clinically appropriate. She also has experience contributing to specialist equipment funding decisions, ensuring recommendations are proportionate, clinically justified and focused on achieving meaningful outcomes.

Alongside her clinical practice, Faye has held senior leadership positions within NHS and Local Authority services, including leading a citywide Occupational Therapy service and community rehabilitation teams. She has supervised Occupational Therapists, provided clinical oversight for complex cases and contributed to service development and clinical governance. Her expertise in Single Handed Care includes developing service approaches and delivering RoSPA Level 4 accredited training, supporting safe, effective and appropriately tailored care within community environments.

Faye brings a collaborative, organised and supportive approach to case management, recognising the importance of involving clients, families and care providers in decisions affecting everyday life. She communicates clearly with multidisciplinary professionals and works to ensure that rehabilitation recommendations are understood, practical and responsive to changing needs.
