Karen Villabona is an Occupational Therapist and Expert Witness with over twenty years of clinical experience across acute, community and rehabilitation settings. Her current role as a Respiratory Clinical Specialist within an NHS consultant-led service reflects both clinical and leadership expertise. Her earlier roles across inpatient rehabilitation, neurology and stroke services further underpin her understanding of the full rehabilitation pathway from acute care through to long-term community support.

Karen has been providing Expert Witness services since 2013. Fully trained in the Civil Procedure Rules, she prepares Care, Occupational Therapy and Loss of Services reports, delivering independent, balanced and clinically robust evidence across both claimant and defendant instructions.
