Biography Louise Osei-Owusu is an Occupational Therapist and Expert Witness with over ten years of clinical experience, primarily within adult social care, specialising in complex physical disability and advancing care needs. Her practice is grounded in detailed functional assessment, with particular expertise in moving and handling, specialist equipment provision and the integration of technology-enabled care to support independence and long-term outcomes. Louise has extensive experience managing complex and multi-factorial cases, including individuals with neurological conditions, spinal and orthopaedic injuries, respiratory conditions and chronic disease. She has developed and overseen comprehensive care packages for individuals with significant mobility limitations, bariatric needs and complex environmental challenges, ensuring care provision is both practical and sustainable.
