Biography Tracy Finn is an Occupational Therapist and Expert Witness with over thirty years of clinical experience, bringing extensive expertise in complex adult presentations, with a particular focus on palliative care developed over the past two decades. Her practice spans a broad range of conditions, including neurological disorders, orthopaedic and musculoskeletal injuries, amputations, chronic pain, respiratory conditions, and mental health and learning disabilities. Tracy specialises in the assessment of complex physical and multi-factorial conditions, providing clear and clinically grounded opinions on care, equipment provision and environmental adaptations. Her work is centred on enabling independence while addressing the practical realities of progressive and life-limiting conditions.
