Andrew Livett is an Expert Witness Physiotherapist with nearly a decade of experience across neurological and complex musculoskeletal rehabilitation. His clinical practice spans NHS acute services, private practice, elite sport and occupational health, giving him a broad and authoritative perspective on injury, recovery and functional restoration.

Andrew specialises in traumatic brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury and peripheral nerve conditions, alongside complex orthopaedic and persistent pain presentations. He delivers rehabilitation across clinic, home, hydrotherapy and community settings, integrating spasticity management, exercise prescription, manual therapy and rehabilitation technology to address both neurological impairment and functional capacity.

His leadership roles include Service Lead for Essex and Kent Police, where he developed a physiotherapy programme for frontline officers, and Head of Medical positions within high-performance rugby. He has also worked at the All England Lawn Tennis Club, providing acute care and rehabilitation during tournament play.

Fully trained in the Civil Procedure Rules, Andrew provides structured, objective medico-legal reports across the full spectrum of neurological and musculoskeletal presentations.
